Since 1980 Paul Ramikie, CCIM has been a full-time Real Estate Agent, and in 1984, he joined the World Leader in Real Estate, RE/MAX. In 1988, Paul Ramikie, CCIM sought out the new and highly respected CCIM Certification. Paul Ramikie, CCIM worked in Jamaica & Canada, helping to devise and market leading communication technology that has been pivotal to how modern technology works today. During which time, he oversaw various land sales in Jamaica. After a brief contract with AGT, he decided that real estate was his calling.
As he became immersed in Canadian real estate, he knew that an essential factor for many Realtors to consider is where they would like to focus their energy. Paul Ramikie, CCIM affinity for commercial real estate was quite apparent. He made a career defining choice to focus on the Commercial Markets, with an eye for great investment opportunities. In 2015 he was sought out as a consultant for the very well known ATCO, an Alberta Energy and Supply Retailer. He spent three years with them doing market analysis research for them across the province.

In 1988, Paul Ramikie, CCIM became only 1 of 3 Realtors to be CCIM certified in Calgary, and he has maintained it ever since. The International title is not just difficult to obtain but to keep as well. Members have to adhere to strict guidelines and a code of ethics.
